Verify Product Condition
Ensure your item is in its original, heat-sealed clear packaging; once the sterile seal is opened or the jewelry has been worn, it is no longer eligible for return.
Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the sealed jewelry in a padded mailer or rigid box to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged due to improper packaging cannot be refunded.
Processing and Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms the seal is intact, a refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
